Service was great and the main reason for the 4 stars. We ended up waiting 45+ minutes for our food but when it arrived everything was delicious.

Having been to several IHOP locations across the nation, I can definitely say this is not a stand out location and I would avoid it...especially since there are MUCH better local choices. This particular day the restaurant actually closed while we were inside because of a roof leak, which I understand and would of course not hold against them as it was outside of their control. That said, in response to the situation I actually heard the manager say "Well, I'm already here, we might as well make a few bucks." That comment really did set the tone for a relatively poor experience overall, definitely the worst IHOP experience I've had. Our waitress was very nice and friendly(a standout in this overly mediocre experience), the price was decent of course, but the food was mediocre at best. I'm not even sure how you can possibly ruin scrambled eggs to the extent they were ruined for us. They were under-cooked, bland, and tasted much worse than standard egg substitute does. I will also say that it was clear that the place was not overly clean and that the majority of their faults were in the kitchen. A restaurant pet peeve of mine is seeing the wait staff standing around chatting, instead of tending to their guests, we certainly saw a lot of that going on.

Service was great, very curtious, but the food.. me and my wife ordered scrambled eggs, I ordered mine with cheese. These eggs were so runny and greasy, and for my cheese, it was two Kraft single slices not even melted completely on top. Our French toast was sloppily prepared, over drenched in foster sauce (delicious, but never in my life have I had so much on a plate ) We live in Sumter Sc and the ihop in our town is what we are used to, and they always have great presentation, consistency and flavor, TWICE I been to this I hop in a week ( thinking it had to be a fluke right?) Will not go back.

Poor service, poor food, and is a disgrace to other IHOPS!!!!!!!!.......this one either needs new management and staff or close it down!!!!!!!!.....they walk around always eating in the kitchen and in the dining room and coughing and hacking everywhere, without covering their mouths, and that's because they're, finally, bringing you your food with a rude, grumpy, disgruntled attitude that was obviously airborne to the other staff!!!!!!!!!...the customers were treated like they were an inconvenience!!!!

We were looking for a great place for breakfast and decided to go to IHOP because we knew it would be great value for the money. Portions are usually generous. At first, there was a long line out of the door and patio so we were a bit intimidated on how long we would have to wait since we were a party of 4 with a toddler. Luckily, we only had to wait for 10-15 minutes before they called our party. We were taken care of right away and we didn't have to wait to long for our food. I ordered eggs, sausage and oatmeal. It was very hearty and satisfying. The service was great, our waitress, Julia, made sure we were taken care of and kept our water glasses filled. Considering how busy the place was, she was doing a great job. I would have given this place more stars but as we were leaving, my wife and I both left our sunglasses at the table. I went back and the lady upfront had mine but apparently they did not "find" my wife's. Oh well, she had aviators and mine were prescription!!

A very good experience, the food was tasty and what you would expect from IHOP, but the best part was that the restaurant and restrooms were very clean; service was quick and accurate for 3 adults and 2 children; and the staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating

Came looking for IHOP, and that's what I found! IHOP usually offers consistent product through most locations. We weren't disappointed! We enjoyed some very good breakfast food at a good price! We experienced excellent service at this location. IHOP doesn't strive for gourmet, they fill their own niche... which most everyone appreciates at some point when they are wandering around, late at night, looking for food!

Vegetarians should try the Spinach, Roasted Red Pepper and Cheese Griddle. Food: Not bad, could've used a bit of seasoning. Service: Nice waitress but, some of our food was wrong. She did keep our drinks full. Atmosphere: There were a lot of straw wrappers and stuff like that on the floor when we first arrived, yet there were staff members doing nothing. They also don't offer a military discount like every other IHOP we've ever been to.

I have been to some very terrible IHOPs and I have to say this is not one of them. They were busy and they still were doing a great job. The food was hot and fresh and really great. Out waitress was really nice and everyone else was pleasant. It was clean! If you like IHOP definitely eat at this one!

My crepe for breakfast is exactly what I'm looking to have, however the blueberries as usual were small and hard. The totty, frutty pancakes, eggs, Turkey bacon were satisfying and just the way he wants it. My iced coffee was not too sweet. Thanks for our competent server.
